A dedicated Project Manager will work closely with your team throughout the life of the project – SURVEY, DESIGN, INSTALLATION, COMMISSION, and MAINTENANCE. You are always informed of your project’s status with regular communication to ensure we meet the schedule and all of your expectations.

Your lighting project begins with the Site Survey where experienced CSL lighting professionals visit your facilities to see firsthand, your existing lighting situation, and utility usage. Our mission is to work to understand your facility and business needs as they relate to the project.
Part of the Survey includes an Energy Audit where our lighting design engineers determine potential utility cost savings as a result of the project. Lastly, we design a tailored solution that fits your specific needs while maximizing return on investment.
We do the research to identify the Utility Incentive (rebates your project qualifies for. We work directly with the utility company on your behalf to get the maximum incentive your project qualifies for helping to reduce the overall net cost.
Design is where we shine! Each design is custom-tailored to your specific needs while factoring in the applicable regulatory compliances, optimal light levels, lighting controls, Bluetooth/IoT technologies, budget, and utility incentives.
Wondering what your new lighting system will look like? With our 3D and Photometric Modeling, you will be able to see a simulated design and specific illumination levels throughout your entire facility. Scope of Work, Scheduling, Utility Incentives, Payback, and ROI analysis are provided to ensure you have all the information and understand the relevant details of the proposed design to make an informed decision. We are supplier agnostic but work with several fully qualified manufacturers with access to state-of-the-art lighting products for any project.
Installation follows the audit and design phases. The Install Team lead by a dedicated Project Manager includes certified lighting technicians that ensure installation around your schedule goes smoothly without disruption to the operations of your business. Along with a complete Scope of Work and Schedule, you can expect an on-time start and completion, a clean job site, with ongoing communication, progress updates… just like a good partner!
To ensure your investment is performing as designed, our team calibrates and conducts functional testing on the lighting and controls system.
Education/Training. As a partner, we are with you beyond installation. Post-installation, your CSL Project Team will ensure you have the proper education and training so you understand exactly how to operate your new lighting system. Of course, we are just an email or phone call away should any questions come up.
To protect and get the most of your new lighting and controls, optional service and maintenance plans designed specifically for your system provide you with peace of mind that your investment is running as efficiently and effectively as designed for many years ahead.
Warranty Management. Rest assured if an issue arises, CSL is there to manage your warranty claims so that you can focus on your business. Since we have a relationship with the manufacturers we handle warranty issues efficiently so you don’t have to deal with them.
