We can perform an energy audit for your facility and show you everything that can be done for your lighting to be running at peak performance – providing the right amount of illumination at the lowest cost. Our lighting surveys are created by our certified lighting specialists who can quickly and accurately identify potential upgrades.

Utility Incentive Management. In some cases, you may even qualify for a rebate from your utility supplier. With decades of experience, we are here to guide you through the entire process.

Design Consultation. Design is where we shine! Each design is custom-tailored to your needs and factors in regulatory compliances, optimal light levels, lighting controls, innovative Bluetooth/IoT technologies, and utility incentives. We are supplier agnostic but work with several fully qualified manufacturers with access to state-of-the-art lighting products for any project.

Project Management. To protect and get the most of your new lighting and controls, optional service and maintenance plans designed specifically for your system provide you with peace of mind that your investment is running as efficiently and effectively as designed for many years ahead.

Installation. Installation follows the audit and design phases. The Installation Team includes project managers and lighting technicians that ensure installation around your schedule goes smoothly without disruption to the operations of your business. Along with a complete Scope of Work and Schedule, you can expect an on-time start and completion, a clean job site with ongoing communication, and progress updates.

Commission. To ensure your investment is performing as designed, our team calibrates and conducts functional testing on the lighting and controls system.

Capital Budgeting.  Lighting upgrades are an investment and to assist with planning and budgeting we provide helpful information such as ROI, Payback Period, Operating Cost Reduction, and Net Project  Cost to demonstrate the financial impact. 

Finance Options.  Need financing, no problem.  We provide finance solutions to fit your needs.  

Warranty Management. We are there long after the installation. In the event of a product warranty issue, we work with the manufacturer to file the claim so that you can focus on your business.

Education/Training. As a partner, we are with you beyond installation. Post-installation your CSL Project Team will ensure you have the proper education and training so you understand exactly how to operate your new lighting system.
